So underwater photography is a little harder than it looks, especially as we didn’t have a strobe light so all the fluorescent colours don’t look quite so fluorescent in the pics. But believe me the colours of the coral and the fish are so beautiful it gets seriously addictive. With the second largest coral reef in the world, this is a one of the world’s top diving spots. The conditions are perfect and there’s a lot to see… just not in my photos : |
Today we visited the Aguila Shipwreck and qualified as deep divers, when we hit the bottom at 33.6m (110 feet) Scary shit!
We’re one dive away from qualifying as Advanced Divers and hopefully we’ll squeeze in a few more speciality dives before we leave Roatan in less than two weeks. Tomorrow is the night dive and I’m ‘cacking’ my pants (for want of a better word) Let’s hope we don’t get eaten by a barracuda : o
