Top Three Immersive Experiences in London this Autumn/Winter 2017

As you know we love trying out new immersive experiences, and we’re lucky that the capital is brimming with creatives constantly coming up with new ideas. With Halloween just around the corner, we couldn’t resist the opportunity to indulge in the ultimate fright night, closely followed by a real life game of Cluedo, and finally, after all that hard work, it was time to sit back and relax with a bowl of popcorn. So here’s our recommendation for the top three immersive experiences in London this Autumn/Winter 2017.

Phobophobia: Night Terrors

If you love Halloween and can’t get enough of being scared, then this terrifying walk through definitely lives up to all the hype, having won multiple awards including ‘UK’s Scariest Attraction’. Once you embark on the journey into ‘The Tombs’ you suddenly forget all about the real world, as this becomes a game of life or death. Not wanting to give too much away, we won’t share any more gory details, but finding ourselves in a scene from the Texas Chainsaw Massacre certainly got our pulses racing. Bravo to the London Bridge Experience for hosting such an epic adventure into the underworld.

Running from 21st – 31st October. Tickets cost £27.95 and the experience lasts around 30-40 mins. Warning – not for the faint hearted. Adults only (16+)

How To Solve A Problem Like A Murder

Back by popular demand, London’s favourite murder mystery returns to the confined hallways of Paradise by way of Kensal Green. Soaked in sin, each room has kept its secrets safe. The walls buzz with excitement, holding a new fate at every turn. But a crime as heinous as murder can only be buried for so long… Guests are expected to arrive with a full charged mobile phone, as this maybe a tool in helping you solve the murder. But don’t think you can phone a friend here, it’s all on you to solve this murder

Tickets cost £29.50 and are available from Fever. Top Tip – 2-4-1 Cocktails on Thursdays. Adults only (18+)

Backyard Cinema’s Snow Kingdom

And if all that running around getting scared is a bit much, why not visit Backyard Cinema’s magical Snow Kingdom to kick back and relax with a Cookie Dough Rum Hot Chocolate, made with the delicious Pirate’s Grog Rum. You’ll travel through secret caves of ice and journey across a frozen lake before you discover an enchanted castle you’ve only read about in fairy tales. After your voyage across the frosty wonderland you’ll be welcomed into the grand ballroom where you’ll feast on popcorn and indulge in the delicious winter cocktails. This is the cosiest cinema winter has to offer…

Running until 23rd December, there’s plenty of movies to choose from, including all your Christmas faves. Tickets from £17.
